Demonspawn shields had perfect immunity to

ghosthit. This is inaccepptible now that we
have nice partial resistances.
Lowered it by about 20 percent.

I reverted a lotof the objectionable "scaled" png set
...
to the xpm images centered but not scaled.
The results are not too bad.
