Meddling with the nature of things doesn't always go to plan, but for summoners the transmutation of anything valuable into gold is a reliable spell. Summoners can quickly convert a room full of objects into nothing but gold in seconds using this spell -- a notoriously unpleasant trick when used by those with poor ethical judgement. The transmutation spell converts valuable items into gold nuggets.  If the item is not valuable enough to be converted to a nugget, it is destroyed and vanishes.
