mwedel 055cf0cc64 Update connected objects to have 'activate_on_push' and 
'activate_on_release' flags - this corresponds to code changes in the
server.  Remove some of the 'unused' entries, as they are in
fact in use now.

prev-0.91.1 contains that archetypes/objects that were in the unused
directory prior to the 91.1 release.

0.91.1 contains all the archetypes that were unused as of the cleanup
done for version 0.91.1
