Subject: [PATCH] Disallow taking the chairs in Santo Dominion's temple to
 Valkyrie. They could be sold for several thousand platinum total at the Sale
 Shop in town, making for copious sums of money at low level. To denote this,
 add a sign near the front of the temple apologizing to practitioners for
 nailing down the chairs.
