Add a dragon tranport hangar building to Lone Town. More temptation to get

a new apartment away from Scorn in Lone Town. :-)

To add this map from CVS one will need to reset /pup_land/lone_town/town
then remove pup_land@lone_town@town.v00 from var/crossfire/unique-items.
