Subject: [PATCH] Cosmetic update to One-Eyed Mike's Department Store
 (wolfsburg/shops/dept_store_*) to show surrounding area outside of the shop. 
 Updated world map (world/world_128_109) for new entrance coordinates in to
 the store.
