Cosmetic and layout changes to Wolfsburg Prison (wolfsburg/prison) in Wolfsburg. Enlarged the map to include area surrounding the prison, moved the entrance to match the building exterior. Updated world map (world/world_128_109) for map entrance coordinate changes.
