FIX for the storyline/quest of The Three Sisters. Once the chrones are restored, the Golden Spinning Wheel is summoned. Applied bolts of silk then summon the Many-colored cloak. No longer used attributes were removed. Golden Spinning Wheel changed to type 18 (altar), teleporters added to chain together crafting process for the cloak.
