Subject: [PATCH] Re-balancing and bugfixing for the volcano mapset: - The
 comet gargoyle statues have been toned down in   power and the spells got a
 smaller range. - Spell objects have been inserted and adjusted. - The white
 statues work again (casting cause serious wounds) - The cancellation walls
 are going to work again after next   arch collect. - Slightly reduced
 duration of ball lightnings. - Added an additional line to the warning sign
 to mention   the high risk of death in a clear way.
