Major updates to the guild (map) templates - fixed many of the altars, exits and other features. Updated the README file to summarize these changes. RJT, Feb-12-2007

In the far upper right of the map, things such as the altars, stairs, message board, et al. reside on teleporters which then "transport" items to the map as they are obtained (drop x gold, return with a spectre, etc.) - those map tiles are not unique. So, when the map is reset (which is normal), already purchased items reappear in that area. From my testing, this does not cause any problems at the moment. But this should be corrected/fixed.
