Subject: [PATCH] Patch #358 Adjust balance of Scorn's House of Healing. Lower
 purchase and selling price for balms, potions and staffs in House of Healing
 (/scorn/misc/HouseofHealing) in Scorn. Also added a sell cap to prevent abuse
 by selling items.
