rjtanner ada813f1af New Map, Lone Town Imperial Post Office (pup_land/lone_town/shops/IPO_lonetown) with the usual features of message sending and receiving along with a message board. Updated world map (pup_land/lone_town/town) to include the IPO.

tiles.  These shop tiles had been defined a while ago but were not giving
good results due to an incomplete treasure list that is fixed now.

eracc 3f3eca1fb8 Add some light at the Brest transport point.
Create new shop. A shop with transporters in Lone Town. This is the initial
version and will be modified as needed based on feedback.

eracc cd752e46de Remove 2 of the shop mats. Was a bad idea to have 4 close together. Also
