Map had to exits or entrances stacked on top of each other, removed the invisible exit/entrance and gave the magical portal the destinatin coordinates and map path instead.

Updated maps that were using 'unnamed' as their name. Cosmetic changes on how 'swall' sections merged with adjacent wall sections. Reset darkness levels that were greater then 5. Other changes are due to Map Editor reformatting.
