rjtanner 8c78b22594 Cosmetic changes to Grey Master in Greyshield. Added fence (swall) sections for nicing merging with nearby walls. No functional changes.

rjtanner afd628e759 Cosmetic updates in regards to swall and cwall sections. Floor tile stacking re-arrangement. Added missing floor tiles in spots where floor tiles were missing. Other changes are due to map editor reformatting.
