Kevin Zheng d79bf5960e Adjust lighting
Make outdoor maps outdoor, add darkness where appropriate. Add lighting
to shops or other points of interest.

rjtanner b72034f0f0 Removed random_movement setting for priest of Devourers so that it no longer wanders all over the map.
