Missed updating these altars in the previous fit of editing. Perhaps the ones in scorn/misc should be moved to scorn/temples ... but another day.

Commit of scorn city. It has been updated via update_exits.pl
...
to point to the new world maps. Probably not 100% perfect, but
on a quick check, it the exits work OK.
