mwedel 7539ff9e7f Commit a couple patches: 1) Fixes quest spellbooks so that randomitems is set to none, so that spell won't change. 2) Make spelling of 'nurnberg' consistent across all the maps. Scorn is located on world maps _104_115 and _105_115.  Some touchup of the
terrain immediately surrounding the city has been touched up some.
