mwedel 552946fe02 Update update_apart to update scorn apartments. 
Update peterm maps so that players can't as easily avoid the
draining runes.
Add some test maps I have used.

The maps in this directory are simple test maps.  Most of them were used
to test a reported bug.  They are included here simply because they may be
useful in the future.
