silvernexus 6410bc0f5d Fixed segfault in unlinked kandora map by removing x and y attributes from map arch, which had caused undesired behavior.

mwedel 4eda83d769 Changes for new character creation:
system/map.arc: Add subtype to existing starting map, add new ones for
  player to be able to choose.
player/...: Make race/class names lowercase - most already were, so make
   few that were not lowercase so they are all consistent.

avogl 5a85b3737d hp, sp in map.arc obviously worked as default values
for startx, starty in every map. Changing these caused
some inconvenience, so I set them back to 1,1.
This should fix all the map-bugs that appeared after my
HallOfSelection-patch.
