kbulgrien cd97d465b1 - Add a snowy lighthouse arch for the construct/Snow set.
- Capitalize name of Lighthouse per most common usage in maps.

mwedel a765f5bb8a Add client_anim_... support for all objects that support it, remove
their speed attributes if the only reason they had speed set was for
animation.

mikeeusa e258f39928 Arch: original committer forgot to take out animation info from snow castle so that once it was loaded it's pic morphed into the non snow castle, this is now fixed, yay
