Also, democracy in the USA is a joke. It is anti-democracy to have a few
wealthly continually pushing forward what the populace has repeatedly
shut down. It shows an obvious imbalance of power that leans extremely
towards those who are in positions of power (somewhat which is also
antithetical to democracy).
People seem to be so unaware how undemocratic the USA really is. The
people are fooled into conceiving of some strange isolationist concept
of freedom without realizing how all the powers work to take away their
ability to have freedom.
Freedom must be measured in how you are provided opportunities to
achieve and live well. It cannot be measured in how much you feel you
are left alone.
The person who lives alone in the woods has far less freedom than the
one who lives in a society that provides them opportunities to grow and
do things they could never otherwise.
