rjtanner 6e27cfd4c7 Update and layout changes to The Drunken Shark of Port Joseph. Expanded the map to include ground outside the tavern walls. Door or entrance now opens when a player approaches. Map considered an outdoor map so darkness or time of day is visible when inside; added light sources. Updated world map for new map entrance destination.

rjtanner a77a655187 Cosmetic changes to Portia's House, Second Floor in Port Joseph. Changed the walls to woodwalls. Expanded the map by one column so the size matches the lower level. Also moved around the decor accordingly due to the size expansion.

rjtanner e74175d2e9 Map rename to make indexing with Mapper group them together. Second Floor of Portia's House is now Portia's House, Second Floor (first level is Portia's House.)

Updated world map for new map entrance destination. Updated stair coordinates for Second Floor of Portia's House.

kbulgrien 3726774dec - Block movement over the bar so the barkeep doesn't attack guests unless
they come back behind the bar.
- Take line breaks out of NPC messages, and tweak some of the content.
  The waitress now has a match all.
