Solve the most flagrant coffee resale abuse by limiting the number of coffees that can be bought from the bulk table at a time.
...
Also drop the value on Eswald's inferior coffee, since it makes more sense to be low value.

Fix glow_radius in Resir's house
...
As noted in bugs/942, the glow_radius value here causes problems, so
remove it. While here, replace "hole in ground" with ladders up and down
to indicate to the player that these exits go back and forth instead of
being one-way.
