rjtanner a8cf94e870 Updates to the Abandoned Temple, Entrance in Scorn. Map is now surrounded by grass and cobblestone so it matches it's placement in Scorn. Added invis exits on the other side of the weak walls as a result of this. Updated world map destination coordinates due to layout changes of the temple map. Updated Dungeon Level 1 stairway due to changes on the first level.

Scorn is located on world maps _104_115 and _105_115.  Some touchup of the
terrain immediately surrounding the city has been touched up some.
