silvernexus f9f239d4cc Add rings that can cast spells to the game.
These function like low-power rods, since they regernerate spell points much slower and can cast fewer times before running out.
The list of spells is a lot more geared toward utility and infrequently-cast spells, such as summon <elemental> and dark vision for that reason.
Currently set to be pretty rare. If it turns out these should really be more common than rods, it can be done.

Update all class descriptions with crunch headers.
This adds headers to all class descriptions, similar to the race headers,
explaining what starting equipment and special abilities each class confers.
Note that due to a bug in the server most caster classes only get 1 spellbook
no matter what the treasurelist says; I've written descriptions based on the
treasurelist rather than the current behaviour in the expectation that the bug
will be fixed in the server soon.

Update all race descriptions.
This cleans up the header at the start of each race description to remove "dead"
lines (e.g. "Special: None") and hopefully make it a bit more readable overall
(e.g. starting items are now "Item:" rather than "Special:")

partmedia 1507be7cb9 Tweak and balance food items
Adjust nutrition, value, and weight of all food items. In some cases,
use more descriptive item names. Weights are set for the currently
unbalanced player carrying capacity. When that is balanced, all the
weights here should be divided by a factor of ten.
